Most of the products we sell are in stock and the lead time for delivery is within business days depending on how busy we are. It will take another 10 more business days if the order includes DC motors, or batteries since we do not keep them in stock. They have to be freshly made for keeping quality purpose.
Since most of our products are not heavy, it is recommended to use fast delivery by DHL, FedEX, UPS, TNT or EMS.
We have good contract rates with our local shipping agents. What we will do is to offer the best rates from different couriers. We welcome our clients to varify.
As we all know that the shipping rates may fluctuate by the season or fuel cost or some unexpected situation. However, we will try our best to come up with the best rates as we can.
Any order that has batteries or battery packs, the delivery will be made separately in accordance with the requirement of our shipping agents. On the other hand, the delivery cost of batteries and battery packs is much higher than that of normal goods. It is strongly recommended to use the shipping by boat in order to keep the overhead cost at controlled low level.
It normally takes 1 day before we can get the tracking number. As soon as we are noticed of the tracking number, we will promptly keep our customer informed. To make the delivery safe, we would recommend the whole shipment be insured. Our obligation of delivery will be clearly stated in the buy-sell contract that has been agreed upon placing the order.
